Daytime Cleaning

Our staff will provide a selection of services on a daily basis during your working hours. Modern Maintenance will work to create a proposal to best suit your needs. Our daily cleaning services can include public areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, restrooms, and breakrooms. We can also maintain offices or subleased areas of a business on a daily basis. Below are a few examples of our daily services. We have the capability to provide uniformed Day Porters/Matrons to meet your cleaning needs.

Lobbies

• Sweep and damp mop hard surfaces, vacuum clean all carpets and rugs
• Dust tables and desks with lambswool dusters
• Clean entrance door glass, and directory signage to remove dust and fingerprints

General Offices

• Dust all desks, filing cabinets, and office furniture
• Damp wipe any coffee rings or smudges on desks or furniture (Papers and folders on desks are not to be moved)
• Remove all trash to designated area and replace plastic liners
• Return chairs and wastebaskets to proper positions
• Spot clean carpet
• Clean, sanitize and polish drinking fountains

Restrooms

• Clean and sanitize all toilets, toilet seats, urinals, sinks, partitions and tile walls with non-scratch disinfectant cleaner
• Restock all restroom items
• Remove stains, descale toilets, urinals, and sinks
• Keep air fresheners in working order
