What is IICRC?

The IICRC certifies and develops certifications and standards for inspection, cleaning, and restoration. The IICRC also serves as a valuable consumer referral source for certified technicians and firms.

The Mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries.

We are members of the International Sanitary Supply Association.

What is the ISSA?

The leading trade association for the cleaning industry worldwide. ISSA also increases members’ professionalism and success through their website, www.issa.com, and by offering business tools, educational products, industry standards, publications, and legislative and regulatory services that specifically focus on the professional cleaning industry.

It is through these initiatives that ISSA helps its members demonstrate the true value of clean to their varied constituents.

What is LEED?

LEED was developed to address buildings, regardless of where they are in their life cycle. From hospitals to data centers, from historical buildings to those still in the design phase, there is a LEED for every building.

Projects pursuing LEED certification earn points across several areas that address sustainability issues. Based on the number of points achieved, a project then receives one of four LEED rating levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
